Business Plan, Jetpack, Plugins, Missing Pictures — I just need help, y'all.

Here’s my story. I’ve been blogging for years, but I’m a dummy when it comes to most of this technical stuff. Please bear with me.
1) Today, a reader commented on the wrong post. Hoping to move it to the proper entry, I found a plugin called Tako-movable comments. To apply Tako to my blog, I had to upgrade to a business plan (from free). I did. Then, in order to use Tako, I apparently needed something called Jetpack. I got that too. (In the process some plugins were taken out; I don’t remember which, aside from one called Writing Helper.)
2) I moved the comment. It worked. But I didn’t like the changes that had been done to my blog in the meantime — the text had gotten lighter, the subscribers from social media were not included in my total, and my WordAds was gone. I didn’t know what was the core issue: Tako? Business plan? Jetpack? I decided that I wanted to go back to “normal” — before these changes.
3) I deactivated Tako and cancelled my business plan. I plan to completely rid myself of Jetpack too– but can’t seem to find out how. Its “full sync” is still “in progress.” I want it gone completely and entirely. Please help!
4) The bigger problem: following my cancellation of the business plan, I noticed on my site (jacksonupperco.com) that all photos from posts dated before December 2014 were not appearing. They’re still there if you click on them, but not on the pages on which they reside. What’s happened? At the very least, I need to fix THIS issue!
I just need help. Ideally, I’d like to reverse all the self-inflicted damage I’ve done within the last 90 minutes.
