Business plan limitation

Hello WordPress,
Am thinking to start viral videos website using wordpress business plan because it comes with unlimited storage, can i do that ?
and how limited is the plan when it comes to uploading a lot of videos, because users will upload their videos and i want to make sure this will not violate any terms or will stop at any stage when it comes to storage.so again can i make a website users can upload videos on it with no limits or i have to stick to such a plan?

With the Business Plan, you would have unlimited storage space for your media:
As long as the videos abide by these guidelines, you should be good. However, letting users upload video without vetting them first could be an issue.

Can you explain what this means, like uploading copyrighted materials ?

Copyrighted materials could be one example. Another is that your site will get flooded with spam.

how about making download site, for example people can download free software like skype, google chrome, VLC Player..Etc.
is this allowed and will not violent the terms of service ?
i had a look on the terms but i wanna hear from wordpress team because you guys are with better knowledge.

Open source projects would be ok with this intent. You wouldn’t be able to use any copyrighted platforms though.
