Business Plan Payment

  I am confused on the payment for the business plan. Why does it say that it’s $25 a month but I have to pay $300 upfront that I don’t have?

  Wow didn’t know that. I was just searching on changing to a business plan. That’s not a cool route for small businesses. Maybe I should try another site.

  Hi there, as it says on the Plans page

  $25/month billed yearly.

  All WPcom upgrade plans are paid up front for a full year (or 2 if you choose that option) at checkout and are automatically renewed with the payment method on record unless you opt out. Monthly payments are not available at this time.

  In case you decide that the upgrade plan you purchased doesn’t meet your needs, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund on everything but custom domain registration, which needs to be cancelled within 96 hours of registration to be eligible. Here’s more about that:

  Okay, they should really update this so that it won’t be false advertisement. I don’t mind paying yearly but I was expecting to pay monthly.

  Stating billed annually is pretty up front, but I can see where it could be confusing.
