Business plan purchased until 2026 – now showing as FREE only

Hi i have paid for business plan until Feb 2026 but its showing as free in my account and wants me to upgrade and pay again, I can’t even access support even though I have a paid plan. Please help me reinstate my business plan. No, there are no other accounts or plans, it’s this account and plan.

I understand this can create a panic or a confusing situation.
- Find your WordPress.com payment receipt email and save it.
- Log into your WordPress.com account and check Purchases—see what plans show up.
- Take screenshots showing your plan is missing or it asks you to upgrade.
- Go to WordPress.com Support or email help@wordpress.com with:
- Your site URL- empowerstudioco.wpcomstaging.com
- Payment receipt
- Clear explanation that you have a paid Business plan but it shows as free and support is blocked.
Or wait for the WP.com support to check and reply, they are usually very proactive.
