Good day,
I have 2 question please:
1 – I have a website address already but want to create a new design using WordPress, do I need a .com or a .org?
2 – If i buy the business account, how many website can I make? Can I buy 3 domains and create 3 websites using 1 business account? or do I need 1 business account per website?

If you already have a domain, the Business Plan will allow you to map it to WordPress.com. You can learn more on that here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

Every account (including free ones) can create unlimited websites on WordPress.com.
However, each paid upgrade is applicable to one site only. This means that purchasing the Business Plan will only offer its advantages on one site, you will need to buy the Business Plan on a second site if you wish to use it on a second site.
