Business Plan Refund

Dear Customer Service,
I have paid a Premium Business Plan a few weeks ago. I realized that I did not need paid plan at this moment and decided to cancel the paid service yesterday. I am waiting for a refund from your part. How long does refund usually take?

From looking at your account, I can see a refund was issued on 01-Feb-2017 — I refunded a further $13 to you today, which was showing as outstanding on your account. Refunds usually take about a week to process and show up on your statement.
