Business Plan Refund

Hello,
I would like to request a refund for the Business Plan I purchased on 8th June 2019.
I do not see a refund option when navigating to “Manage Purchases”, the only option I can see is to “Contact Support to Cancel your Subscription” – is this the proper way of going about doing this? If not how should I be requesting a refund?

Hi @lwoodward373, it looks like everything but your domain purchase was already refunded. The domain is still active. And I can see the refund was sent. It can take several business days for that to route back properly and appear on your statement.
If after two weeks you still don’t see the refund on your account, please contact the bank directly to confirm it’s not just stuck in routing on their end, then let us know here.
Noting too, with the domain, you’re welcome to point it to another provider if you’d like:
