Business Plan Trial
-
Hi There! I created a free account and was wondering if it is possible to have a free trial option on the business plan. When I was first signing up, I know this was an option. I am working on creating the website for the insurance agency I work for, and we would like to explore the templates, etc. that are available on the plan before we pay for the whole year.

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours and is clearly stated here. https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

Be aware that there is no FTP access to wordpress.COM hosted blogs and no upgrade changes that reality.
The only themes we can use on WordPress.com hosted blogs are licensed and adapted to run on our multiuser software the themes are found here http://wordpress.com/themes/ and in your dashboard at > Appearance > Themes
Read: http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/
There is no upgrade you can buy here that changes that.WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
Please be sure to read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
