  Hello-I upgraded to the business plan: Receipt ID: [redacted by mod]
  Transaction ID: [redacted by mod]
  and it is not showing up on my WordPress. What am I doing wrong? I need this in order to download the Divi from Elegant Themes and build my website… Please help.

  For which site did you buy an upgrade? The only site I see in your account is https://elizabethferryperata.wordpress.com/, and you’ve never bought an upgrade via this account, so you most likely used a different username to buy the upgrade.
