  If we upgrade to the business plan and pay the annual fee, is there a way to get a refund on the remaining months if we cancel partway through the year?

  Hi there,

  We give a full refund for up to 30 days after purchase. We do not issue pro-rated refunds should you cancel after 30 days.

  @macope94, you’ve just listed all the steps, to be honest! You’d start with blog. When you’re ready, you’d upgrade.

  While we don’t offer prorated refunds, we do prorate previous purchases to give you a discount on further upgrading a site.
