business plan upgrade – woocommerce plugin

Hello! I tried to update my plan to the wordpress business plan in order to install the Woocommerce plugin. I want to start selling products for my business online. I upgraded no problme but when I tried to install the Woocommerce plugin, it didnt work. I then tried to link my site to the woocommerce website and it said that I couldnt do that bhecuase I dont have a self-hosted site on wordpress.org.
Can i actually use the woocommerce plugin with the wordpress.com business plan? It seems to suggest that you can. Am I missing somehting or have i done something wrong?

I need urgent help. I tried to purchase the business upgrade plan for my website a couple of weeks ago. I successfully purchased and applied the plan but when I tried to add the WOOCommerce plugin, it failed. I then decided to roll back to my original plan (I had purchased the “personal” plan originally). However, now everyhting seems pretty broken. After the roll back, I’m now on the basic plan. I cant upgrade at all – it doesnt even give me the option. What do I do?

To clarify, are you trying to stick with the Business plan and install WooCommerce? Or are you trying to roll back to the Personal plan?
