Business Plan WordPress Site: Can it still be private?

  Thanks for your response about payment to WordPress. I have another question. I already have my own domain name. If I purchase the business plan, can I map it to my own domain but still keep it private? I’m new to building a website. I need to play around with it to get it right. I wouldn’t want anything to be live until I’m actually ready. Thanks!

  With a business plan, I would suggest installing a good third party “Coming Soon” page while you build your page. That way your domain gets indexed but your content will not be visible yet. It will simply display “coming soon”.
