business plan/premium theme

    Hi there, I’ve purchased a premium theme but would like to have the business plan — do I need to cancel the theme first (I’m within the 30day refund space) and then reapply it? or will it be discounted from the plan purchase?

    I believe Staff can make a billing adjustment for you but I’m not sure of how to proceed. When we need Staff help with issues Volunteers cannot resolve like this one we type modlook into the sidebar tags on our forum threads. I did that for you.

    Hello odwuser!

    You don’t need to cancel it, we can manually give you the Premium Theme value in credits that you can use to buy the Business plan.

    I would like to point that when you buy a Premium Theme it doesn’t have an expiring date, and the Business plan has the yearly subscription, it means that if you don’t renew the plan you will not be able to keep using Premium Themes.

    Please, let me know what you would like to do before the 30 days period expire, so I can proceed with the credit option if you prefer.
