Business plans and custom themems

  I am trying to upload a custom theme program. I want to be able to use Divi by Elegant Theme. However, when I try to do this under the free website it tells me I need to upgrade to a business plan. If I upgrade my account to Premium
  $8 plan would that allow me to upload the custom theme I am wanting to use?

  No. The WordPress.com Business plan is required to use a theme really designed for sites hosted elsewhere that use the WordPress.org software.
