    Hi. I would like to create a new website in wordpress.com and I need to know how to quickly link it to an existing domain name. What I need now is a simple website with a few pages, but it will mostly link to my social media. In the future, I would like to have an online shop on my website. What option/plan can I get now (no online shop) that will easily allow me to grow later (online shop)?

    You can connect your existing domain with any paid WordPress.com plan.

    Here are the steps to connect your existing domain to the WordPress.com site :

    Setting up online will require at least a business plan, so while connecting your domain, you can purchase a business plan and then set up your online store later.
