I’m hoping someone can tell me their experience with the Business Plan’s support services. I am on a board and wondering if the business plans customer service is super helpful/makes changes for customers or if there needs to be someone pretty tech saavy to handle most changes, and support is only really there for trouble shooting.

I have been a support staff long back. The support team will help you make changes and guide you with steps, and not usually do it for you. They also help you troubleshoot.
You need not be tech-savvy to make changes on a WordPress site, since most things are no-code. There is a learning curve though to understand steps for which the support team would be very helpfulIf your site uses third party plugins and themes, the support team will guide you to the place where you can get support from.
