Business Subscriber Chat Issues

  Hi,
  I am a business subscriber but I am not seeing the option for live chat help. Does anyone know why that could be?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Provided you logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade that’s very odd. See here http://en.support.wordpress.com/live-chat/ and I’ll tagged this thread for Staff assistance. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond. To subscribe:

  Wait. I just located this previous thread https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/bitnamistack-help?replies=3#post-2159045 and it seems you may not be referring to a WordPress.COM hosted blog at all. What is the exact URL of the blog in question?

  You should see the chat box in the lower right corner when you visit this page:

  https://onemorethingllc.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

  If you don’t see it, can you please take a screenshot and upload it to your Media Library?
