  I am in Australia, Can I create a store with a business subscription.

  No I haven’t got that far yet, I read in the information somewhere that I had to have the ECommerce subscription to have a store if I was outside of Canada and the US.

  The US users can use the built-in shop feature, but with the Business plan you’ll be able to install WooCommerce and create your store without any issues.
