Oof, apologies for your sudden turn of events. I have cancelled the upgrade and issued a refund for your original purchase amount. You can see a receipt confirming this refund here: https://wordpress.com/me/billing
You can expect to see the funds in your account, but it can take a billing cycle or two depending on your institution. I can confirm the refund was processed on our end, but you may also wish to contact your credit card company to confirm.
