  I need to renew my business subscription for the above domain but when I click on the link in the email, it tells me I have no sites

  You don’t have any sites under the account you used to post here, no, and this account also hasn’t ever bought anything from us.

  I suspect you might have been logged into the wrong account when you clicked that link in the renewal email – that would take you to the account you’re currently logged into, rather than the account the email was for.

  Log out of this account, then log back in using the email address where you received the renewal reminder. If needed, you can use the email address to reset your password here:
