Business Upgrade

    I want to do the business upgrade but I don’t want to be charged $299 at once I just want to do the monthly subscription but when I signed up for it I was billed the full $299 at once. How do I just get charged the monthly?

    Note that all WordPress.com plans are annual. There are no monthly purchases, whatsoever.

    Based on your message, you have already purchased the WordPress.com Business plan. If you wish to cancel this plan at any time in the next 30 days, you can do so on this page and get a full refund. Refunds on WordPress.com are provided within 30 days of purchase for WordPress.com plans and within 48 hours for domains. If you cancel a plan+domain purchase after 48 hours though, the full domain cost will not be available in the refund.

    To summarize, there is no monthly subscription on WordPress.com ever. It’s always annual payment.
