  I didn’t use my business upgrade, so can I please receive my money back? I deleted my website right at the day I created it, but I was charged for £210.

  Hi zhaziraa09,

  How did you delete your website? In the Store -> My Upgrades, did you click the Cancel button below your Business Upgrade? Did you also click the link in the confirmation email to cancel? If that’s what you did, you will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase.

  After processing, refunds usually take about a week to appear on your statement.
