Business Upgrade not showing in WordPress backend

    Purchase business upgrade but can’t see it in my purchases. Can anyone help?

    Are you sure you bought the upgrade using this account? What is the URL of your site?

    Yes, I used the correct account and have the email invoice. When I click on the email invoice, it takes me to my account but there’s no purchases there.

    Hi there!

    What is the URL of the site you purchased the plan for? Have a look at the email where the receipt was sent. Log out from your WordPress.com account and log back in using that email address.

    My site isn’t live yet. I have clicked on the “manage account” from the invoice I received. It takes me to my account where there are no purchases.

    Ok are you sure you’re logged into the correct account?

    If you’re able to provide a URL to the site with the business plan, this will help to point you in the right direction.

    Positive that I am clicking on the details in the invoice and it is taking me to the account. I can’t upload a screen shot here unfortunately.

    I haven’t used WordPress before so am just trying to create this site. So far not going so well. Hopefully someone from admin will respond to my emails within the next few days or I would have wasted a lot of money.

    Hi there,

    The account you’re currently logged in to (@tashshannonogmacomau) has never made a purchase, it was created a few hours ago, and the only site on it is ogmafinance458810712.wordpress.com.

    So, please use the following tool to determine if the purchase you’re referring to is associated with WordPress.com or not.

    I have an invoice in my inbox for this site:

    WordPress.com Business
    ogmafinance446130311.wordpress.com

    I upgraded to business site today. I can provide the invoice number if you need.

    When I click on “manage purchase” in that invoice, it takes me to the following site:

    http://ogmafinance458810712.wordpress.com

    I am new to WordPress and realise I may have done something wrong. But not sure how I created a new site linked to an invoice for another one.

    Let me explain. Since you are currently logged into the account tashshannonogmacomau, any internal WordPress.com link you click will take you to that account.
    If you click on the Manage Purchases link in the receipt, the account won’t be automatically switched for you. You’ll just see the one you have logged into before.

    That said, please log out from your account and then log back in using the email address where the receipt was sent to.

    If you can’t figure out the correct credentials, please send the transaction ID directly to passwordhelp@wordpress.com.

    Thank you, I truly appreciate that you’re trying to help. As previously mentioned, I have logged out multiple times and then clicked the “manage purchases” multiple times. I use the email address the receipt was sent to.

    And every time I press submit, it takes me to the account that I’m currently logged in to [and I’m only logged into that because that’s the only account that I have and I need to be logged in to email you]

    I will send the credentials to the email you suggested.
