BUSINESS-UPGRADE per ACCOUNT or per BLOG??

  If a buy the business upgrade, does this then APPLY TO ALL MY BLOGS???
  even if I have like 3 or 4 that I am planning to build up over the coming year?

  With the exception of the Guided Transfer, all upgrades are per year and per blog.
