Business vs eCommerce
-
Hi there, I was wondering what the main difference between Business vs eCommerce is? I’m establishing a rental car company based in South Africa and will need to accept domestic and possibly international payments. Do I need an eCommerce account to accept payments through a portal such as Ozone or Paystack? Looking forward to your reply.
I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

As you are correct, payment integration is only available with the eCommerce plan.
Hope this clarifies your query. :)

You can check out this article here for more information about the differences between all plans offered on WordPress.com:

It sounds like the eCommerce plan might be most fitting for your store since the eCommerce plan offers the same benefits as the Business plan with the added ability to accept international payments.
The eCommerce plan also gives you access to premium WooCommerce plugins, including integration with Paystack.

Hey friends, I want to clarify:
The Business Plan lets site admins install plugins, and there are oodles of payment integrations plugins out there, including this one for PayStack:
