  Hi,
  I am a complete novice to webpages but I am trying to build a simple webpage to get my Solar power installation company out there. I have started with a WordPress.com package, hosting domain etc for £23 for 1 year. I am using videos on youtube to help learn the ropes and have a couple of pages strung together. I am however finding that most of these videos seem to relate to .org built pages ie with pluggins. Eg how would I add a contact page without using a pluggin? Also the additional hassle of ad management is making me wonder whether I should have started with .org.
  Could anyone please tell me:

  1.Is there any youtube videos recommended for .com
  2 Is there an actual wordpress support email address/telephone number?
