    I’m not finding a business plan connected to the gazzageo user account or the site listed. Here’s what I can see for carterandcoservices.uk. It isn’t connected to WordPress.com in any way.

    This makes me think that the site is using the WordPress installation rather than WordPress.com. These are 2 different things. Are you trying to sign up for the business plan and move that site to us?
