  Hello Sir/Ma’am
  Sir I had business site by November . Due to some financial crisis I couldn’t renew it. Due to which , I have lost my business site. Besides my DNS setting has also been change . Last time I asked from the customer support to change my DNS. I have bought my domain from Godaddy and , it has not expired yet. Still My website is showing with http://www.budsofwisdomwordpress.com. While It was working as http://www.budsofwisdom.com. Sir how can I change it to the previous name and how should I renew my business account? Kindly guide me.

  Hi there!

  In reviewing your account and past support history, we informed you in a live chat on 2022-10-18 that if you let your Business subscription lapse, your site would be downgraded and lose the functionality you previously had with all the plugins, etc., that were installed.

  We also informed you that you would have 30 days after this to restore your site to what it was before the Business subscription lapsed. However, since the subscription lapsed in November 2022, you would have needed to put the Business subscription back in place 30 days from then to restore the site.

  Since we’re well past those 30 days, any backups of your site would have already been purged from our systems.

  You can purchase another Business subscription and connect your domain, but you would need to recreate any content you had before your plan cancellation.
