business website got switched to a free one

  Hi
  It looks like my client’s website got switched to a free theme when the Business plan expired. She has now paid the plan again but the site is not loaded like it was.
  The URL is : ctfcdigital.co.za
  I cant restore the theme or anything like that.
  Please assist urgently
