Business Website Limitation

If I was to build a website through WordPress. Do your websites offer the facility to take down individual customer data i.e they fill in a questionnaire and click submit to me. Can I set this sort of facility up on a website. In turn when the click submit they would pay a fee at that time?

Hi Brent –
You wouldn’t necessarily need the business plan to achieve this.
By using a contact form, you can customize the fields, and assign which email address that will be delivered to upon submission. When you receive these submissions you could reply with whatever payment information you need via email. This could be done on a free WordPress.com site.
Now, if you want to use specific forms, or specific payments, or plugins you’d need to upgrade to the business plan. It’s not a limitation of the business plan.

However if I want to ask them is their favourite colour red/ or blue on a drop down
then is their favourite car a BMW, Merc or Nissan etc from a drop down
and so on
in addition a box stating if you have answered yes please put additional information in the box below for example.
can this be achieved via a word press website.
can numerous people be on the site at one time and be filling this in?

Yes, you’d need a custom form plugin but you could do it. Multiple people can fill out a form at the same time, that won’t be an issue.
