Business Website set up

I am trying to create a business website for EZPayroll2004.com. Which I created a domain via Bluehost.com. WordPress was a part of the service. But, I have hard time to create the site via template. Creating the site with Wix.com was super easy and have a free site from Wix.com. Can I transfer it to Bluehost.com. If so, what are procedures? Thank you.

I’m afraid we’re not able to advise you on sites not hosted on WordPress.com. WordPress.com and WordPress.org (the open source software for self-hosted sites) are separate entities and independent from each other.
