  Thats looks like a rather complex trick that the theme applies to images.
  You might be able to adjust it in the Customizer or you could choose a different theme that doesn’t do this.
  I also noticed that your homepage is currently resulting in a page not found error.
  It might be that you have no page set as the front page in which case this might help:
