button and grab box code problem

  I’m trying to create a button and grab box in my side bar. This is the code I used for the button I created and grab box:

  <center><textarea id=”code-source” rows=”3″ name=”code-source”><center><img border=”0″ src=”http://hugskissesandsnot.files.wordpress.com/2013/02/yellow-button.jpg” /></center></textarea></center></center></center>

  I put this code in a text widget. When I hit “save” and the page refreshes the second paragraph of code has changed and only shows the code for the button, not the grab box:

  <img border=”0″ src=”http://hugskissesandsnot.files.wordpress.com/2013/02/yellow-button.jpg” />

  The result when I view my page is just two identical buttons on top of each other in the side bar. I’ve tried it several times and keep getting the same result.
