Button contour

Hello
I’ve just noticed the buttons have a black contour now. It doesn’t look really nice since I’m using a white font on them (there are 3 colors on the buttons now, it’s a bit too much, and I don’t want the text to be black neither).
Is there a way to have buttons without this black contour?

Out of curiosity has this appeared when changing the background colour? The reason why I am asking is because it looks like this is a style built into the theme.
To change this you may require some custom CSS.

You can remove the black border/contour (http://prntscr.com/103v3o1) with custom CSS. However, using custom CSS with a WordPress-free package is unavailable.
You have to use a paid package of WordPress to use custom CSS. Know more from here- https://wordpress.com/pricing/

Thanks for the fast answers.
I didn’t do anything unsual and didn’t modify the theme, but it changed on all my articles at once today.
It’s great to see things change on WordPress and have more options (like here for the buttons), but it would be nice if we could have the choice to not use the new options. Buttons were perfectly fine without this black contour. I don’t see the point to add it honestly, now, buttons just looks cheap. Recently I feel like we are pushed to subscribe to paid packages, but not everyone can afford it :/

By the way, about the CSS (I’m asking just to be sure I understand how it works, but I can’t afford a paid package for now). Does it mean that I will have to pay and change the CSS on every article/reusable blocks? Or can it be done at once?
And same thing if I want to make all the buttons black? Is there a way to do it at once?
