button placement

Hi there,
Are you asking about alignment (i.e. left, centre, right) or where in the page/post it appears?
If it is the former, this reply from @maksimurasov in my earlier thread might help: https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/block-editor-question-buttons-block/#post-3509965
This link will explain hopefully: https://curly.cloud/parent-block/ (originally posted by @maksimurasovin the thread I linked to above).Once you’ve found the block, there should be an option in the block menu called ‘alignment’ (the default is left). You can change the alignment there.
If it is the latter, if you find the buttons block, you can then move it up or down the page using the up/down arrows that appear when you hover the cursor over the block’s menu.
This is the support document for the buttons block: https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/buttons-block/
I hope this helps! If you still have questions, please ask. Also share the URL of the site you’re working on.
Just a reminder that this forum is for WordPress.com hosted websites. If you use the open-source WordPress software, you’ll need to go to their forum to get help: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
If you want to know more about the differences between WordPress.com and the WordPress software you can read the support post:
