Button Redesign–Bug or Feature?

  The Buttons feature on a webpage has changed its appearance, going from a larger pill-shape to one where the borders just about touch the edges of the text. As someone who preferred the previous design, I was wondering if the change was a bug in recently changed coding or if this is just how buttons will look from here on out.

  You are referring to buttons similar to these two I see on your homepage?

  

  This appears to be a bug, and I have reported it to our developers so they can take a closer look. In the meantime you can consider switching to buttons with the outline setting, which displays the correct padding:
