Button still shows up on bottom of page even after deletion in backend of page.

I have edited the backend of one of my webpages to try and remove a square block containing text and two buttons in it. I deleted everything associated with the button on the backend of the page as well as in the field group. But when on the live page, the grey box and the icons for the button still show up at the bottom. I can’t see anything else on the backend of the page that would explain why it is still showing the box. I was able to make the box smaller, but it is still there along with the button icons. I am wondering if anyone has come across this issue before and have found a workaround for removing something like this when it is not in a standard block. I unfortunately cannot attach a screenshot to better show the example as the forum is not letting me.
