  Hello, I am using the free version of WordPress and I have noticed on my partners blog page she has Read More Button and a Older Post button, how do I get this feature using the Shawburn theme, I cant install a plugin because I am using WordPress Free. Any suggestions if any themes do come with buttons on them.

  If your site is on WordPress.com, you can have read more option on the posts by using the more block, steps are mentioned here: https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/more-block/

  About the old post button, you will need to disable the infinite scroll on your WordPress.com site by following the steps mentioned here: https://wordpress.com/support/infinite-scroll/

  You can also set the number of post to in a single page from My Sites – > Manage – > Settings – > Writing – > Content types
