buttons add media, modify permalink etc not working

  on the WordPress backend the buttons add media, modify permalink and many more are not working.

  I tried on different notebooks and I also tried to open WordPress on Safari and Chrome but the buttons are not working at all. Any idea about the reason and how to fix it? It is the first time that it happens to me.
