Buttons not working in admin panel login

  Hello, when I reach the admin panel of our website http://www.zetaworld.com.tr that we made on wordpress, the double factor verification screen, I cannot log in because the approval buttons do not work, and I cannot cancel either. I tried from different computers and browsers, I tried clearing cookies, but I could not get any results. Did you receive an error message about this, what should I do? Thank you.

  We can’t help as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. It seems your site is down, you must contact your hosting to know what’s going on.
