‘buttons’ on my Add New Post page will not work

  Several buttons on my Add New Post page will not work:
  Help
  Edit for scheduling
  Add media
  Can type in tags but will not add
  It is very frustrating! I have been able to find ways around everything but it is extremely inconvenient. I posted a question yesterday evening and have had no response.
