Buy a domain

  Hi,

  I tried with 2 different CC to buy a domain for my blog but it won’t work.
  It always says that cards are denied. And of course, there are money of both cards.
  Can you please let me know why and what can I do to buy it?

  I’m not seeing any failed purchases associated with this account. Was this the account that you were logged into when attempting to purchase that upgrade?

  I’m sorry, I thought I answered you, but not.
  Yes it was with this account, I tried again with another card few days ago for the 80€ pack, but does not work either :(

  I thought it was because of my bank but obviously, no.

  Hmmm, that is odd. There are specific countries that our payment processor will not accept payments from, typically due to fraud. But we regularly process payments from France and the rest of the EU without issue.

  Can you make a screenshot of the “denied” message you are seeing (including the browser address bar)?
