Hello,
I would like to buy a domain name with wordpress but i have several questions.
My blog is visible at the adress lesworldtrotteurs.wordpress.com and i would like an adress like lesworldtrotteurs.com1) If I had a domain name, my blog will forever be visible on the two adresses ?
2) If so, the new posts will automatically be published on the two adresses or do I have something special to do ?
3) All my existing posts are going to be published automatically on my new adress (.com) or do I have something to do for this ?Thank you for your answers and sorry for my english !

Hi there,
Here is a link that explains how to register a new domain:
When you purchase a domain name, both your new address and .wordpress.com address will work as you will just be redirected to the new address.
Once you have the new domain set up on your account, you just post as normal and all new posts and old will display.

No, because domains aren’t bought “forever”. You register a domain for a year at a time, and if you don’t renew it at the end of that year you stop owning it, it’s deleted, and you won’t be able to access your site via that domain any more. Your site then goes back to using just the free address.

You’ll still only have one site, and your posts are published to that site. The site is accessible at two different addresses, but it’s still the same site.
3) All my existing posts are going to be published automatically on my new adress (.com) or do I have something to do for this ?
