Buy a new name on google domain and import it to WordPress?

  Hello all,

  I want to create a new website with a a domain name that I will buy on google domains. Can you tell me if this is easy to do?

  What are the costs if any when going with a personal or a premium plan, the first year & thereafter ?

  We have two ways to use a domain you already ownw ith a site here at WordPress.com:

  Domain Connection allows you to keep the domain registered with your current domain registrar and direct it to your WordPress.com site: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/

  A transfer would allow to manage both your site and domain from the same place: https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/incoming-domain-transfer/

  Both will require a paid plan, any paid plan: https://wordpress.com/pricing/
