  If you see a message about an annual subscriptionin the shopping cart for your Premium theme, you can safely ignore it. This is a known issue. https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/pricing-structurebuying-a-theme?replies=11#post-2860453

  All Premium themes are a one-time purchase and active for the life of your site on WordPressdotcom.
