  it is not a problem is just information to buy a template from wordpress.
  can buy Template 44898 – Garden Landscape Responsive WordPress Theme and then change it as much as i can? and if can buy it in uk a pay in pounds?

  I could not find that theme in the WordPress.com themes directory.

  You won’t be able to buy a theme elsewhere and use it on WordPress.com. You can find available themes through WordPress admin –> Appearance –> Themes:
