  Trying to buy a domain but I keep getting an error message ‘This transaction cannot be processed.’

  I’ve used both card and PayPal but neither work.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’ve seen that error message come up when payment from a particular country is not supported. If you do not see your country listed here, then check out Timethief’s response in this forum post for alternative ways to pay.

  If your country is listed on that page, add “modlook” to the tags section of this forum thread to flag it for a staff member’s attention.

  I’m in the UK so it should’ve worked straight away.

  I’ve added modlook as a tag now so hopefully I’ll have a response soon.

  Paypal (our payments processor) seems to have an issue with your transaction somehow. The message I’m seeing is:

  10486: This transaction couldn’t be completed. (This transaction couldn’t be completed. Please redirect your customer to PayPal.)

  So I would encourage you to contact their support team and see what the story is.
