  You registered this domain a few ago 2019-09-11. This domain can only be released after the 60 day lock.

  Did you buy that domain (and plan) here at WordPress.com and then cancel the purchase within a day? If so the domain may well be released within a week or so and then you could repurchase it elsewhere. Or staff could recover the domain here and then you could immediately map it elsewhere and transfer it after 60 days. This thread has been tagged for staff assistance. Please be patient as less staff are available in this forum this week.

  Hi –

  The domain was purchased, cancelled, and refunded all on September 11th 2019. That money will reach you in 10 days. If you want to register the domain again with us let me know, and I can do that for you. We will send a manual payment form via email.

  The domain will be available for registration at another provider after 5 days of the cancellation.
