  Hello I tried to buy the Premium plan, but my card was not accepted, it is visa electron. Could you help me?

  Hi there,

  I checked your account and noticed that we’re receiving a 10486 error from Paypal. This usually occurs when your billing address is entered incorrectly. When this error occurs, Paypal’s API documents mentions:

  Using the existing token, redirect the customer back to PayPal to select a different funding source or to add a new funding source. See this How To guide for more information.

  All you need to do is click purchase again and fill in the correct billing details in your PayPal account when prompted (or maybe login to PayPal first and update it).

  Thank you for your responses…

  I’ve changed billing details in my paypal, updated my account but it still doesn’t work. I’ve never faced such problem with my card. Monday I’ll go in my bank.

  It seems wordpress doesn’t take French visa electron and Paypal as well, so I could not pay with my card.

  But finally I’ve paied with my sister’s mastercard :))
