  Premium theme here at WordPress.COM are licensed and adapted to run on our multiuser software. They are available for purchase and use on WordPress.COM hosted blogs only. Contact the theme designer directly to buy a version that will run on WordPress.ORG software.

  If you want it for a self-hosted WordPress blog, I don’t think that particular theme is available for download at WordPress.org.

  The theme designer is http://prothemedesign.com/ and that’s who to contact for a version that will run on a WordPress.ORG install on your own server.
